Guided tours are available led by museum guides and educators for singles, groups and schools. Tours and educative activities usually last for one hour.

Groups and schools are allowed to visit the Museum using their own authorised guides (see Guidelines for visitors). These visits can only be for a maximum of 90 minutes.

Singles

Visitors who would like to join a guided tour or educative activity can make a reservation by phone: 0574 1837859. Organized guided tours start at 5 p.m. on every Saturday, Sunday and holidays.

The reservation costs € 1,50 (except for citizens of Prato), in addition to a ticket costing € 4,00.
Bookings may be made in advance or on the day of the tour.

Groups

Groups of between 10 to 25 people that want to visit the Museum must make a reservation by calling (0574 1837859) and arrive at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour.

Tours guided by museum guides cost € 100,00 due at the time of the reservation, in addition to the standard ticket price.

Schools

For schools that want to visit the museum or carry out an educational activity, reservations must be made by calling +39 0574 1837859 or by writing to the email address didatticapretorio@comune.prato.it.

The school group must be at the museum ticket office 15 minutes before the start of the visit.
